Our Shipping Policy

We will add appropriate shipping charges for ordered merchandise, and we will display the shipping charges as part of the order total. If you are returning merchandise, and it has been determined that the merchandise being returned is due to an error made by Idaho Candy, then Idaho Candy will gladly pay shipping costs. Only Standard rate shipping charges will be refunded. We provide several shipping choices from our preferred carrier, United Parcel Service (UPS).

It is our policy to try and ship all merchandise within two business days of receiving a customer's order. Idaho Candy ships all merchandise using United Parcel Service (UPS). Also, we utilize the United Parcel Service shipping gateway to calculate your individual shipping costs. This provides our customers with several shipping choices:

· Standard Ground: 3 to 7 business days
· UPS 3 day select: - three business days
· Second Day Air: 2 business days
· Second Day Air Saver: 2-3 business days
· Next Day Air: 1 business day

We ship to all 50 states. However, if shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please add two additional shipping days.
