It was originally marketed as a "Healthful" candy bar since it is made with agar agar instead of gelatin.

Great product and great service! Lived in Idaho a few decades ago and enjoyed them then. Now in Kansas we could only have them when we visited family in Idaho. Now we can have them mailed to our address. After experiencing a mishap with the USPS, Alma treated me with respect and kindness. Currently enjoying the replaced shipment.
